All photography sessions require a deposit to secure the session. Shoots are not confirmed without deposits. Deposits can be paid by Paypal
Photography Session Fee: $150 – The session fee is paid at the time of booking. It is best to reserve your time slot as early as possible . This covers time, talent, and creativity of the stylist/photographer and does not include any product. ** The session fee is non-refundable.**
Session fee also includes several images ready for social media. To take advantage of this make sure to “like” Charlotte suarez on Facebook -AND- follow @Charlotte_Suarez on Instagram.
Approximately 1-2 weeks after the photo session the images will be made available for viewing through our online lab. Through this site you will be able to purchase a wide variety of products such as prints, mounted prints, canvas, coffee mugs, key-chains, shirts, etc. Print pricing begins at 4x6 – $3.00 each one. Digital files are available for purchase. If you would like to purchase ALL of the digital files without purchasing any product, the price is $300.00 high resolution files
Purchasing the digital files gives the client reproduction rights to the images for personal use only. The client may use the digital files to create prints, canvas, books, and other personal use items at their own expense. Client is prohibited from altering, selling, publishing or disseminating said images for any purposes other than for personal use. Client may not use the digital files for monetary gain, income, editorial display, or publication.
